From member upload to the Garage catalog

1a. The Garage section of the admin home. Three links: Garage Submissions (the work queue), Garage Requests, and Garage Pricing.

1b. Garage pricing. Garage submissions are a product priced at $10.00 per track (SKU garagesub). Staff change the price here.

1c. The two permanent Garage listings in Eric's List: G-SONG-0001 (Garage Songs) and G-INST-0001 (Garage Instrumentals), open for two years. Members always submit to these two listings; there is no per-client brief.

1d. Screener assignment. The Garage screener is assigned and active on both listings.

1e. The Garage Submissions hub before the demo. This is staff's single place to see every Garage submission, its review state, its Garage status and the next step. Nothing is waiting to be screened yet.

2a. Upload a song. The member adds "Morning Light" through the standard New Song form (title, genre, audio file). They repeat this for "Low Tide" and "Paper Boats".

2b. The member's songs. All three new songs are listed with audio ready.

2c / 2d. The Garage listings as the member sees them. Garage Songs and Garage Instrumentals, each with a Submit to this listing button.

2e. Submit songs with a licensing preference. The form states the price ($10.00 per track) and asks, for each track, which types of library contracts the member would consider: Exclusive, Non-exclusive, or Exclusive or non-exclusive. Morning Light is set to Exclusive and Paper Boats to Non-exclusive. The preference is required once a track is ticked.

2f. Submit the instrumental. Low Tide goes to the instrumental listing as "Exclusive or non-exclusive". The totals box carries the songs already in the cart: $30.00 total.

2g. Checkout. Three lines at $10.00, each naming the track and its preference. The member's $30 Garage credit covers the order, so the page says "No payment is required for this order" and shows no card fields. (With no credit, this is the normal card or PayPal checkout.)

2h. Order confirmation (#85): $30.00 total, paid by credit.

2i. My Submissions. The three new submissions appear as Pending.

2j / 2k. Submission detail. Each submission shows the licensing preference the member chose.

3a. Hub, "Waiting to screen (3)". The three paid submissions, unassigned, next step "Screen".

3b. Submission detail in the hub. Listing, review state, the member's licensing preference, and the QA checkpoints still to come (Critique QA, Forward QA).

4a. Screener home. Logging in starts a timed screening shift. Both Garage listings are assigned, each with a Screen link.

4b. Listening. The screener plays the track on the critique page.

4c. Critique and Forward. The screener writes three short sections (what works, what to improve, why forwarded or returned) and chooses Forward for Morning Light.

4d. Garage metadata draft. Right after forwarding, the screener fills in the catalog details library owners will see: genre, mood, description, "sounds like" artists, plus private internal notes. The form says plainly that this is a draft and that staff QA and publication are still required.

4e. A draft does not publish. Seen from the staff side: Garage status "Pending metadata", Last published "Never", a "Before publication" checklist, and no Publish button yet.

4f / 4g. The instrumental. Same critique, Forward, and metadata for Low Tide.

4h. A return. For Paper Boats the screener explains what to fix (pitchy vocal, muddy mix) and chooses Return. A returned track gets no Garage metadata.

4i. Ending the shift. The screener logs out through the app, which closes the shift and shows the totals.

4j. Hub after screening. All three now wait for head QA ("Check Critique"). The two forwarded tracks show "Pending metadata"; the returned one shows "Not published".

5a. The QA queue.

5b. Critique QA. The head screener reads (and can edit) the critique before the member sees it, then Accepts it or Sends it Back to the screener.

5c. Forward QA. The head screener confirms the Forward decision.

5d. Metadata QA. Staff review the same metadata form the screener used.

5e. Ready to publish. Both QA steps are timestamped, the "Before publication" checklist is gone, and Publish to Garage appears.

5f. Published. Garage status Active, published time and staff name, and member feedback released with the email sent.

5g. The instrumental, published the same way.

5h / 5i. The return. Head QA accepts the screener's Return. The only actions offered are Release Return Feedback and Reopen Critique QA; there is no metadata or Publish button for a returned track. Releasing sends the member their feedback.

5j. Hub after publishing. Morning Light and Low Tide are Active; Paper Boats is not published. The Garage listings stay open for new submissions.

6a / 6b. Emails. Each result sends one email, subject "Your TAXI Garage review is ready", linking to the member's submission page. (Captured locally and shown here as a simple page; the real email is plain text.)

• Accepted: Your track "Morning Light" has been accepted into the TAXI Garage.
• Returned: Your track "Paper Boats" was not selected for the TAXI Garage on this submission.

6c. My Submissions. All three are Finished with a View Feedback link; the two accepted ones show as Forwarded.

6d. Morning Light: accepted. The submission page says "Accepted into Garage: Yes", and the feedback page shows the screener's critique with Forward.

6e. Low Tide: accepted.

6f. Paper Boats: returned, with "Accepted into Garage: No" and constructive feedback the member can act on before resubmitting.

6g / 6h. My Garage Tracks. The member's own view of their tracks in the Garage, with status, plays, favorites and connection requests, and a Remove button to withdraw a track. Paper Boats is correctly absent. Staff-only internal notes are not shown to the member (fixed during this run, see below).

7a. Login required. Someone not signed in who opens /garage is sent to the library owner login.

7b. The catalog. The two new tracks sit at the top. Each row shows title, genre and mood, waveform, length, the member's licensing preference, a favorite heart and Request Connection. No member name, login or email appears anywhere on the page.

7b2. The returned song is not there. Searching "paper" finds nothing.

7c. Browse by genre. "Modern Instrumental" narrows the list to the instrumentals.

7d. Search by mood or keyword. "uplifting" finds the tracks tagged with that mood.

7e. Sort (A to Z shown).

7f / 7f2. Waveforms are drawn from each track's audio. The test tone is flat (7f); a real recording has shape (7f2).

7g. Favorite a track. The heart on Morning Light is now on.

7i. Favorites are private. A second library owner sees the same catalog but not the first owner's favorite.

7j. Phone layout. The genre list becomes a dropdown and rows become cards.
